• 1. One attested copy of Marksheet of the last Public Examination.
• 2. Attested copy of Caste Certificate if any (to avail benefits of SC/ST reserved Seats)
• 3. One Stamp sized (3.5cm X 2.5cm) photograph is to be pasted on the prescribed space in the application form.
• 4. Attested copy of the Admit Card or Certificate of Madhyamik or Equivalent Examination for age verification.
• 5. Attested copy of BPL certificate with BPL No. where ever required at the time of admission into 1st year classes.
